Here's what we need most:

Event Photographer


  • Attend events such as the Baby Book Club and take photos of the venue, participants and activities.

  • Donate high-quality, copyright- and license-free photographs of appropriate material (e.g. children engaged in activities, including book sharing/reading).

Baby Book Club Assistant

once a month on a Saturday, 10:00 AM

  • Greet and sign in attendees.

  • Help set up, monitor and clean up refreshments and activity supplies.

  • Count Giving Books at start and end of meetings.

Canvas with us! 

Join us to canvas in selected neighborhoods offering registration for Imagination Library and on-the-spot book handouts. Contact seena@thebbbp.org . We can schedule a time that works for you, anywhere from 1 to 5 people at once are welcome! I go on my own when I can, having one other person allows much better coverage of an area. Anywhere from 1 to 3 or 4 hours helps! 

Adopt a Reg Card Rack

Establish a Spot to place Imagination Library Registration cards, and check in periodically to restock. Your local branch Library or favorite childrenโ€™s clothing/supply shop, or other places frequented by Berkeley resident parents of very young children.
